HOUSE RULES

  1. Full payment of the reservation must be made at check-in.
  2. Listening to music in rooms or areas close to them is prohibited.
  3. No smoking in closed areas or near the rooms.
  4. Only pets are allowed under reservation and in some rooms.
  5. We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
  6. Damage will be charged (wine stains, burns, cuts, among others) that the guest may cause during their stay.
  7. We reserve the right of admission and permanence.
  8. We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay or transit in our facilities.
  9. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any situation caused in tours or walks outside our facilities.

Cancelation Policy

For all reservation, we will offer refunds up to 30 days prior to a booking, and have a no refund policy within the 30 day window that precedes the first day of your booking. We will offer to reschedule your booking within the 30 day window, or give you a voucher that’s good for up to 1 year. Reschedules or vouchers will not be offered to anyone cancelling within 24 hours of their reservation, or anyone that do not show up on the day and time of their reservation. Refunds are only issued if WE have to cancel a reservation due to extreme weather as stated by the National Weather Service, or for any unforeseen circumstance that may arise the day of the reservation.


To cancel or reschedule your tour, simply call us at 586.491.7621, or email us at wunderlandresort@gmail.com with your reservations name, the date and time of the reservation, and the reschedule date and time. If you don’t know when you’d like to reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll give you a voucher code good for 1 year!
